Returns & Refunds Policy

Our no-questions-asked policy is designed to make your purchase worry-free. If the product isn’t right for you, returns are simple—we only want satisfied customers.

A. 10-Day Hassle-Free Returns

If you're not satisfied with your Read40 purchase, you may return it within 10 days of delivery—no questions asked. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Just email us at sales@read40.com, and we'll arrange a free doorstep pickup. You may also WhatsApp us, if that's easier.

B. Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds are issued via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to reflect in your account.

C. Exceptions & Fees

Sale items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds though bundle offers are part of the free returns policy. Please return the product with its original packaging to avoid any deductions.

D. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us immediately. We'll resolve it promptly with a replacement, exchange, or refund—your choice entirely.
