1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

If you're not satisfied with your Read40 purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery—no questions asked. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Just email us at support@read40.com, and we’ll arrange a free doorstep pickup.

2. Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds are issued via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to reflect.

3. Exceptions & Fees

Custom products and sale items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. A 15% restocking fee applies to any product returned without its original packaging.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us immediately. We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement, exchange, or refund—your choice.
