Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change.

You may cancel all or part of your Read40 order at no charge any time before it has been dispatched. To do so, visit My Orders in your account or contact our Support team with your order number on Whatsapp. It will be done immediately and your payment refunded in the same method as it was made.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled because it is already with our delivery partner. If you no longer wish to receive it, you may simply decline the delivery at your doorstep. The parcel will be returned to us and your refund will be initiated once it reaches our facility.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within 72 hours of order confirmation, you may cancel it for a full refund by contacting our Support team on Whatsapp.

We initiate the refund to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours. Your bank or payment provider may take a further few working days to reflect the amount.

If Read40 needs to cancel an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or there is an error in pricing or product information, we will let you know and issue a full refund for any amount paid.

All cancellations are free of cost. No charge is borne by you.
